Subject: Complaint Against The Increasing Number Of Beggars In The City

Sir,     

I would like to draw the attention of the City Government towards the ever-increasing beggars in the city.

These beggars keep roaming everywhere in the city. No Place is free from them. They do not leave even the worship places. They have started begging inside mosques too. The city government should make some plan to check this epidemic of begging. It is also to be found out whether these beggars are restricted to begging only or they are involved in other anti-social or anti-state activities.

I hope that the officials will chalk out an effective plan to curb the evil of begging.
